Read your payslips, salary, loans and insurance

Open published payslips, see your salary breakdown, loan balances, WPS status and social insurance.

Before you begin

You hold the payslip permission. Only payslips that payroll has published are shown. A draft is invisible, and a draft opened by id answers 'This payslip is not published yet.' You can see only your own pay.

Read a payslip

1. Open Employee Self Service > Payroll. The Payslips tab lists up to 36 months, newest first, with Period, Gross, Deductions, Net, Status and Paid on.
2. Click a row to open it.
3. Read the earnings and deductions tables. They add up to Gross and the deductions total, and to the Net pay.
4. Check the line vs previous month, for example 'vs 2026-07: +270.00'.
5. Click Print / PDF to print or save it.

The payslip also shows working days, overtime hours, WPS status and the paid date. The system records that you opened it, without any amounts.

Example of how the net is built: basic 8,000, housing 3,000 and transport 1,000, with 5 approved overtime hours. The hourly rate is 12,000 / 173.33 = 69.23. Overtime is 5 x 69.23 x 1.25 = 432.69. Gross is 12,432.69. Social insurance at 11 % of 12,000 is 1,320.00, and a loan installment of 500.00 is deducted. Net pay is 12,432.69 - 1,820.00 = 10,612.69 AED.

Year to date

The Year to date card sums your published and paid payslips of the current year only. Example: three months of 12,000 gross and 10,180 net give Months paid 3, Gross 36,000.00 and Net 30,540.00.

Your salary

The Salary tab lists the components of your active contract (for example Basic, Housing, Transport), the Gross and Net, and the basis of end of service. Your salary account is shown masked, as bank and AE07••••3456. The full IBAN is never sent to your browser from these pages.

To change the account click Request a change; see Raise and follow a request.

Loans and advances

The Loans & advances tab shows Principal, Monthly installment, Repaid and Outstanding, and Settled when finished. Example: a loan of 6,000 with three installments of 500 paid shows Repaid 1,500.00 and Outstanding 4,500.00. Use Request a loan or Salary advance to ask for new ones.

WPS and insurance

The WPS & insurance tab shows the status per month (processed, ready for WPS, paid) and your social insurance. Example for a UAE national: Registered Yes, contribution salary 12,000.00, your rate 11 %, employer 12.5 %. An expatriate shows 'Not covered (expatriate)' with rates 0 %.

Good to know

• These pages only read; you change nothing here.
• If payroll has published payslips from the Payroll module, the list and detail show those. Year to date, WPS and insurance read only the portal's own payslips, so the numbers can differ until payroll runs through one source.
• A payslip of another employee cannot be opened.
