Overview

What it is for
Your day at a glance: today's agenda, invitations waiting for your answer, today's appointments, rooms in use now
List: columns and filters
Tiles: Today, Awaiting your answer, Appointments today, Rooms in use now (n / total), Your busy hours this week. Cards: Today, Invitations, Appointments today, Rooms and equipment now
Buttons and actions

Calendar

What it is for
Month / Week / Day / Agenda view of your calendars, the shared calendars you read and the module layers
List: columns and filters
Toolbar: Today, previous, next, period title, Month/Week/Day/Agenda, Search events, Filters (Kind, Events I am invited to, Clear). Month: 6 weeks, 3 chips per day then '+N more'. Week/Day: hour grid with an All day row and a now line. Right rail: mini-month, My Calendars (calendars + layers with tick and colour), Upcoming (next 3), Time zone (Change)
Buttons and actions
New Event; double-click a month day or click an hour slot = new event at that time; click a chip = event dialog or layer card; tick/untick a calendar or layer (remembered); choose a view (remembered); change your time zone

Calendar > open an event

Event dialog

What it is for
Read one event, answer it, download it, change it or cancel it
List: columns and filters
When (local, with the event's zone if it differs), Repeat rule, Location, Join online, Rooms, Attendees with answers (organiser marked), Calendar / kind / private / shows as free, Notes. A private event of somebody else shows only 'Busy' and the time

Going? Yes / Maybe / No (invited, not organiser); .ics; Cancel event; Edit; Close

Event form

What it is for
Draw up or change an event: time, repeat, people, rooms, reminders, privacy
List: columns and filters
Title, Calendar, Kind, All day, From/To or Starts/Ends, Time zone, Repeat block, Colleagues, 'Busy then:' warning, Guests (e-mails), Location, Online meeting link, Rooms and equipment, Reminders (up to 5), Show as, Privacy, Status, Notes
Buttons and actions
Save (asks This / This and following / All for a repeating event opened from an occurrence); Cancel; Add reminder; remove a reminder (x)

Appointments

What it is for
Register of bookings plus the appointment types with their public booking links
List: columns and filters
Tabs with counts: Upcoming, All, Requested, Confirmed, Done, No-show, Cancelled. Columns: Number, When, Type, Customer, Phone, With, Booked by (Booking page / Staff), State. Server paging, sort, search by number / customer / e-mail. Card: Appointment types (name, minutes, place, opening hours, staff, link)

What it is for
What can be booked, how long, when and with whom; publishes the public page

Code (new only), Name, Name (Arabic), description, Minutes, slot step, buffers, notice, horizon, cancel notice, Who takes these, Room or equipment, Location, Online, Confirmation, Closed on public holidays, Public booking page, Active, Opening hours per weekday

What it is for

Meeting load by person

What it is for
Meetings, calls and appointments each person organises or attends (not declined)

Totals: people, meetings, hours. Columns: Person, Meetings, Hours, With outside people. Month picker (default this month)

What it is for

Public booking page

What it is for
A customer books a free slot without an account
List: columns and filters
Company name, type name, minutes, place or 'Online', 'times in <zone>', description. Choose a day (today + up to 21 days, dashed when full), the free times of the chosen day as radio buttons
Buttons and actions
Book this time (form post); after booking: 'Thank you, <name>', facts and the manage link

None (unguessable token); type must be published and active, app installed

Customer manage page

What it is for
The customer sees the booking and can cancel it inside the cancellation notice

What, When (zone), Where, Reference (APT-nnnnn), Status

What it is for
Read-only iCalendar file for other calendar apps
