- Every live project of the company as cards, a list or a calendar, with the portfolio KPI row

- What it is for

- Health: Schedule, Budget, Forecast, Billing, Collection, Open Risks, Changes. Alerts: tasks overdue, milestones due in 14 days, budget exceeded, burn rate, low margin (<5%), unbilled progress (>15% of contract), changes awaiting customer, high risks (P x I >= 15)

Gantt schedule
- What it is for
- Phases and tasks on a time scale with FS/SS/FF/SF links and lag, critical path from the server, approved baseline beside the bars, baselines and variance

- Show baseline, Critical path only; 'Critical path finishes <date>' (red note when after the planned finish); Dependencies table; Baselines table (#, Name, Kind, State, Tasks); Baseline variance (start / finish / progress variance)
