Revaluations

Two-person revaluation	Refused: 'A revaluation must be approved by somebody other than the person who asked for it.'

Held stock / Held in place

Release needs the quality release right	Refused: 'Releasing held stock needs the quality release right.'

Cutover check

Sign-off by another person	Refused: 'Differences are accepted by somebody other than who ran the check.'

All Warehouse screens

Viewer cannot move stock	Action buttons refused by the server: 'You do not have permission for this action.'

Stock adjustments

Cycle counts

Reporting screens

Read access	Every list, report and 360 view opens; no data from another company ever appears (all queries are company-scoped)

Replenishment proposals

Approve right (segregation of duties)	Refused: 'Approving a replenishment proposal needs a right you do not have.' and no purchase order or transfer is created
Company isolation	'Record not found.' - nothing is read or changed

Inventory valuation (R031)

Rule	What the system does
Cost visibility	Values, unit costs and average cost are shown to every viewer; there is no separate cost-visibility right (record the behaviour; confirm with the owner)

Inventory to ledger

Rule	What the system does
Open to all viewers	Ledger balance of the inventory account is visible with only inventory.view (no finance right needed)

Warehouses

Rule	What the system does
View-only user cannot change masters	Lists open; no New buttons; the API answers 403 'You do not have permission for this action.'
Company isolation	'Record not found.' - never another company's data; location, zone and putaway pickers list only own company's rows

Stock periods

Closing and reopening needs inventory.period.close	Without the right: 'Closing or reopening a stock period needs a right you do not have.'; with it: allowed

Lots / Serial numbers

Field switches enforced on the server	Both refused ('Retest by is required.', 'Serial warranty end is turned off.'), not only hidden on screen

Webhooks

Rule	What the system does
Managing needs inventory.events.manage; secret shown once	Viewer can list but not change (403); the secret never appears in later reads
No calls to private networks	'That address is on a private network.' (or does not resolve); nothing is sent

Intercompany links

Rule	What the system does
Needs membership and the right in both companies	'You do not belong to that company, so you cannot link companies.'; 'You need the intercompany right in <code> to link companies.'; nothing is written to B

Stock policy

Approval and backdating rights are separate	The approval or backdating needs its own right; an administrator without the right is also refused
